She’s dedicated to understanding the science, research, and impact of sleep on our minds and bodies. 

Several topics Narwan has written about while at Each Night include, but are not limited to, foods to improve sleep, mattress buying guides, and the benefits of waking up early. When she’s not writing, she’s scouring through academic journals, science podcasts, and general news to understand the conclusions of new research and emerging trends in sleep.
