Selection of decay characteristics

Initial high brightness: this material has steep decay curve with a high brightness in the beginning, but less performance on the long term.

Long lasting: this type of material has a flat decay curve with lower brightness in the beginning, but an outstanding performance in the long time range.

The Mass of pigment applied on the dial or hand influences the primarily brightness: each crystal works like a little “light battery”: the more batteries you apply, the higher the light storage capacity will be. In practical use this means: larger areas and thicker layers of luminous deposits will strongly improve brightness and legibility. This can be achieved for example by deeper engraving.
Intense body colors can decrease the bright-ness significantly. We test your samples and will advise you on how to improve the bright-ness of your deposits.

MIL-STD-810H TOOLWATCHES testing

The toolwatch line is a new permanent collection built to meet the demands of an active lifestyle. Presented in two different variations, both the Modello Uno and the Modello Quattro offer a time only and a GMT version, all designed keeping performance and functionality unaffected even in extreme conditions.

Following the implementation of our new 360º Protection System technology across the entire Modello Uno and Modello Quattro lines, we have conducted a new series of rigorous tests.

MIL-STD-810H is a military standard developed by the United States Department of Defense that provides a series of tests to evaluate the environmental durability and ruggedness of equipment.

The testing, carried in special facilities in Italy, was made to stress our new Toolwatch line against drops, hits and vibrations, ensuring the watches can perform reliably in every condition.

We are pleased to announce that all four of our watches have successfully passed the rigorous MIL-STD-810H tests, confirming their exceptional durability and performance in extreme conditions. You can download the certification using the link below:
